You can either hire directly through a recruiting engagement or opt for a managed services model.

Direct Hire – You employ the team member

$2,000 One-time Recruitment Fee

This is best when you are interested in a long-term addition to your team. These are employees that you'll onboard, train, and embed in your workflows. You'll be responsible for their salary and ongoing management.

You'll pay a flat-rate, recruitment fee.

Managed Services – We employ the team member

Hourly Rate Varied by Role & Experience

This is best when you have a short-term project that you need assistance on (project management, sales blitz, etc.). These are temporary employees ranging from 2-6+ months. We manage them with oversight from you. They'll still need to be embedded in your systems. You'll pay an hourly rate for this service.
